FCS has now opened the Counseling and PSR program for Medicaid clients. Call now to schedule your visit.
All Medicaid clients are required to have a Healthy Connections Referral, History and Physicial from their doctor, and a Release of Informtation signed by the client and their doctor before they can receive services at FCS.
